About Me

I believe that healing happens in relationships—our relationships with others, the world, and most importantly, ourselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and guided by the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My focus is helping you reconnect with your strengths, explore what’s important to you, and find ways to move forward that feel right for you.

My counselling approach integrates Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. Through exploring the stories we tell ourselves, identifying unhelpful thought patterns, and fostering self-compassion, I support clients in navigating life’s challenges. I offer a trauma-informed space where vulnerability is welcomed, and queer and neurodivergent identities are celebrated.

For those exploring their gender identity or queer identity, I offer a space that is affirming, nonjudgmental, and centered on your experiences. Whether you are questioning, transitioning, or deepening your understanding of yourself, I am here to support you in a way that honours your unique journey. Together, we can explore identity, self-expression, relationships, and the impact of societal pressures while celebrating the strength and joy of living as your authentic self.

I recognize how social pressures, expectations, and personal histories shape our sense of self and how we experience the world. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized, and nonjudgmental support. I am especially passionate about working with gender-diverse, trans, and queer individuals, offering a space where you can explore, heal, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion.

Whether you’re processing something difficult, exploring your identity, or simply wanting more clarity and balance in your life, I’m here to support you.
