Jenn Graham

She/Her · B.Ed. M.A. (Candidate), Clinical Intern

Hi, I’m Jenn, and I’m so glad you found me! I am currently completing my Master’s in Counselling, and some areas of interest and passions of mine are parenting, LGBTQIA+ identity, women’s issues, teacher wellbeing, and ADHD, autism, and neurodivergence. Each one is close to my heart, shaped by both lived and professional experience.

As a teacher, I’ve walked alongside countless families and know firsthand how exhausting, isolating, and misunderstood this stage of life can feel. As a woman, I understand the quiet pressures we carry daily and offer empathy paired with practical coping strategies. Growing up in a neurodivergent household gave me a front-row seat to what coping with ADHD, autism, or neurodivergence looks like day to day, and a passion for helping people not just manage, but truly thrive. I also support LGBTQIA+ clients with deep respect for identity, belonging, and the courage it takes to live authentically.

When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me out enjoying nature or taking a walk with a good friend by my side (part of what I consider therapy, too).

If you feel ready for someone to hold space for you, and my interests feel aligned with your story, I would be honoured if you reached out!
