The people I work with often look like they have it all together from the outside. They’re thoughtful, capable, and used to working hard to build a good life. But underneath, they may feel lonely, disconnected, or confused about why relationships seem so much harder than they expected.

Some people come to therapy feeling exhausted by dating. They wonder why they keep ending up in the same kinds of relationships or why they struggle to find a connection that feels safe and fulfilling. Others are in long-term relationships where they love each other deeply but find themselves having the same arguments over and over, feeling more like roommates than partners, or unsure how they ended up feeling so distant.

Many of my clients are also going through a period of change. They may be questioning old ideas about who they should be, what success looks like, or whether the life they’ve built still fits. Sometimes they’ve spent years putting everyone else’s needs first or believing they have to earn love through achievement, and they’re ready for something different.
Together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships and your life. We’ll explore how your past experiences may be shaping your present, while helping you build new ways of relating that feel more honest and sustainable.

I welcome individuals, couples, and partners of all identities and relationship structures, including queer and non-monogamous relationships. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and build a life that feels true to who you are.
